Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through our online shop.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the purchase date for eligible products, without giving any reason.

Please note that certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as explained below.

Museum Tickets and workshops

Museum tickets and workshops are date-specific services and are therefore non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The event or visit is cancelled by us
  • The ticket cannot be used due to an error on our part

In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made items — including, but not limited to:

  • type or fonts composed on request
  • custom notebooks
  • any products made to the customer’s specifications

are non-refundable and non-returnable, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are produced specifically for the customer.

Returns for Eligible Physical Goods

If we offer standard (non-custom) physical products in the future, these may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • the item is unused
  • the item is in its original condition and packaging

To initiate a return, proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a defective or incorrect item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
