These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made in the TYPA online shop. The shop is operated by TYPA Centre.

3. Products and Prices

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Product information is provided on each product page.

4. Placing an Order

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. Order confirmation is sent to the customer via email.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via LHV Bank or another payment provider. The seller does not store card or banking details.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered via Omniva or other shipping providers. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.

7. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.

8. Withdrawal and Returns

Withdrawal and return conditions are described in a separate page: “Returns and Right of Withdrawal”.

9. Defective Goods

In case of defective goods, the customer has the right to request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.
